There is pain winding up the inside of my body.
It's horrible.
I can hardly breathe and when I do it sends stabbing pains through my stomach and chest.
The muscles in my upper arms and all of chest are aching, it hurts to move them.
All of my chest is so fucking painful.
I keep tasting bile.

My body is completly wrecked.
